For certifications that are issued by Villanova University, recertification is required every three years to ensure that students maintain the same level of knowledge demonstrated on their first exam. 

Villanova University offers various recertification pathways:

  1. Retake the certification exam; initial exam fee would apply
  2. Complete two online Villanova courses; see list of approved courses below for each program
  3. Earn 18 CEUs over the 3 year period from the initial certification issuance

Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Business Process Management program’s three required courses and the Business Process Management certification is earned, recertification is required every three years to ensure that students maintain the same level of knowledge demonstrated on their first exam.
